To access these options, Navigate to Settings to access the fields for creating users, assigning roles, and establishing permissions.
Step 1: Navigate to the Roles and Permissions Tab. Here you will get a comprehensive list of all active users, along with their roles, permission and countries, and type of transport handled.
Step 2: In the upper right Corner, click on Add User.
Step 3: Add Email and Name for the User you are creating:
Step 4: Select Role to assign to the User:
Category Manager - Accesses all features and manages everything
Buyer - Manages Purchase Order Life Cycles and Creates POs
Viewonly - Gets the capacity to just see deliveries
Inbound Logistics - Manages Inbound Delivery Cycles
Step 5: Assign Countries and Type of Transport:
Enable specific deliveries to be assigned to designated users
Based on origin and type of transport
Choose between: Sea Freight, Road Freight, Parcel, Air Freight and Railway
Step 6: You can Auto-assign Deliveries and Purchase Orders by enabling these options in the toggle in the bottom left corner.
Step 7: You can Control Permissions by toggling to the Permissions Tab to activate and deactivate the rights to view or modify information in the distinct sections of Holocene.
Step 8: Users can be updated and all their rights and permissions be modified by clicking on the edit corner on the right side corner:
