Step 1: Navigate to the Logistic Providers Tab. Here you will find a list with all your LSPs, that you can filter based on Origin, Type of Service and Mode of Transport:
Step 2: To create a new logistics service providers to add to your list, navigate to the upper right corner and click on "Add":
Step 3: Indicate whether the new provider supports a single origin or Multiple Origins:
Step 4: Assign a name to your Provider, or select from an existing list and designate specific service:
Step 5: Assign the mode of transport managed by LSP from the list of existing options: sea, parcel, air, road, and rail. This will enable the type of transport we can book with the LSP.
Step 6: Specify one or more origins associated with deliveries managed by the LSP.
Step 7: Activate booking functionality for the provider, according to the agreement.
You can use email to perform Direct Bookings, Request Quotes from Providers and Book and Nominated Forwarder in case of frame agreements.
API connections for booking are also available.
Step 8: Include LSP email address for seamless communication.
Step 9: Click Next to complete the logistics service provider creation.
