Personalized:
Step 1: Start by clicking on Add Automation selecting a trigger from the trigger list.
Step 2: Define automation actions—attach documents, book shipments, process haulage, mark received goods, or send notifications.
Step 3: Pick which documents from the platform's library you'd like to automatically attach.
Step 4: Adjust the transportation mode for bookings as required.
Step 5: Attach copies of key documents or request legalized versions when necessary.
Step 6: Refine automation triggers using supplier name, incoterm code, origin, transport mode, logistics type, timeline, order state, last completed action, material code, or gross weight.
Automation Catalog:
Leverage pre-set automations for routine processes—like sending inspection reminders or alerting forwarders at purchase order confirmation.
Step 1: Click on Catalog Icon, to access Pre-set List of Automations.
Step 2: Select the Automations you want to configure from alerts for deviations in lead time, triggered when thresholds are exceeded.

Shipment Delayed: Email 'User Persona'
New PO Release: Send Email to Supplier and Notify Inbound Logistics Team
Supplier Lead Time Change: Set Lead Time Deviation and Send Email to Buyer or Update MRP
