Step 1: Navigate to the Templates Tab to access the Email Template Menu:
Step 2: Select the type of Email Template you'd like to set up automated communication workflows:
Personalize the automated emails for quote request and transport bookings, using personalized order and inbound delivery information that will populate the emails automatically.
Additionally, you can configure notification emails for your nominated forwarder.
Step 3: Configure email content for customer brokers and enable automatic attachment of relevant documents from purchase deliveries, purchase orders, and inbound deliveries, depending on the Workflow.
Step 4: Personalize PO release emails and set-up automated order confirmation reminders, in the Supplier Reminder Tab, which will keep your Order Cycle on Track.
