Step 1: Navigate to the Supplier Tab in the upper right side. Here you will access the Master Data of all your suppliers that is generated automatically upon the usage of the platform.
Step 2: You can search for specific Supplier by using the search bar:
Step 3: To Add suppliers manually, just click on add in the upper right corner:
Step 4: Review important details, including addresses, contacts, and associated materials for each supplier:
Step 5: In the supplier view you can update manufacturing, transit, and total lead times to maintain accurate master data. This information is also generated directly from incoming information on Holocene.
Step 6: Set tolerance limits to automate supplier confirmations and adjust what is considered a deviation. These can be set in percentages or exact values:
Step 7: Download this information to easily update your Master Planning date with real-time insights, by clicking on Download CSV:
