Unlock full control of your supply chain using Control Tower. This step-by-step guide walks you through accessing core features, processing orders, managing notifications, tracking logistics, and using analytics—so you can optimize each stage from order to delivery.
Getting Started
Start by logging into Control Tower. Once logged in, you’ll land on the main workspace dashboard, where you’ll have access to all management features.
Step 1: On the main navigation bar, select Control Tower to open the operational dashboard. Here you’ll get a real-time overview of your orders and supply chain activities.
Step 2: Locate the Order Confirmations alert tile at the top of your dashboard. The system automatically captures and processes new confirmation messages. If there are changes in materials, quantities, or delivery dates, they’ll appear in this section with a visual indicator.
Step 3: Click the arrow next to the alert tile to expand and review all purchase orders with new supplier confirmations. This brings up a detailed list below.

Step 4:In Supplier Delays, delayed orders are automatically highlighted, with delay types categorized by manufacturing and delivery Delays.
Step 5: Within the Filters or Settings menu above your purchase order list, define what qualifies as a supplier confirmation delay based on your business’s specific rules. Adjust parameters such as time thresholds or specific event types.
Step 6: To review received Emails, you can access them in the Email Received Section icon to review all orders that have been sent notifications.
2. Dashboard Purchase Order Summary
Optimize your workspace layout, notification rules, and information flow.
Step 1: On the dashboard, you get a consolidated view of of key events for every order. This helps prioritize follow-up actions and plan for upcoming shipments.
Step 2: Click any purchase order row with an alert to open the right-side Detail Panel. Here you'll get in-depth information about the deviation, including timeline and communications.
Step 3: In the Notifications section on the dashboard you can set personalized views to monitor real-time feeds for orders with manufacturing delays, missing confirmations, or unread supplier emails. Click any alert to jump to details for follow-up.
