Logistics Control Tower

Visualize and track shipment progress, intervene on delays, and leverage mapping for proactive management.

Step 1: From the dashboard sidebar, select Shipment Control Tower to see a summary list of all current shipments. Shipments with deviations are grouped and highlighted for action.

The control tower gives Insights on Inbound Deliveries according to their status:

  • New Shipment Arrivals: New Inbound Deliveries for which transport needs to be booked.

  • In Transit Overview: Information on IBD´s currently in transit, including their ETA.

  • Scheduled to Arrive Soon: Material that are scheduled to arrive soon, depending on transport mode: Containers, Parcels or Parcels.

  • Delivered (Awaiting Action): Goods that have been delivered and are awaiting Quality Check.

  • Delayed Arrival Shipment Notices: Inbound Deliveries with Delayed ASN categorized by type of Transport Management.

Step 2: To designate a period, of what “Arriving Soon” means for your team, click on the configuration tab and input the desired period.

Step 3: Access the Summary Overview with information on all Inbound Deliveries, related to Delivery Status, Pending Actions and Incoming Materials.

Step 4: Click on the Arrow to access the full list of Inbound Deliveries listed under each specific notification.

Step 5: Switch to Map View using the toggle at the top of your shipment panel. This displays all deliveries spatially for at-a-glance location status.

Step 6: Click any delivery route shown on the map to view its full transit path, including waypoints, historical tracking, and present driver location.
