The Purchase Orders page now comes with a powerful default view designed for your purchase orders you manage to help you prioritise and take action in a more efficient way.

Stay on Top of What Needs Your Attention

Your workspace automatically highlights what matters most through:

  • Smart prioritisation
    Your POs are automatically sorted and color-coded by urgency, so the ones needing attention appear first.

  • Quick filters with live counts
    Instantly focus on key groups of orders:

    • Need Action

    • At Risk

    • Chase Due

    • On Track
      Each filter shows a live count, so you always know your workload at a glance.

  • Highlights strip
    See critical issues instantly, including:

    • Unconfirmed orders due today or this week

    • Orders with delivery discrepancies

    • Split shipments that need review

    • Suppliers who haven’t responded

Work faster with Keyboard shortcuts

Speed through your workflow without leaving the keyboard:

  • ↑ / ↓ — Navigate between orders

  • E — Expand an order

  • Enter — Open an order

  • C — Send a chase email

  • A — Accept a deviation

Filter and Find Anything in Your Custom Tabs

Quickly narrow down your list to exactly what you need.

You can always remove a filter by hovering over it and clicking "x" to remove it from your view.

  1. Filter by:

    • Supplier

    • Receiving location

    • PO type

    • Your custom labels

  2. Toggle Mine Only to focus on POs assigned to you

  3. Sort by:

    • Due date

    • Supplier

    • PO number

    • Or let the system prioritise automatically

Create Your Own Views via Tabs

You can create personalised tabs to save and quickly access your most-used filters.

How to create a custom view:

  1. Apply the filters and sorting you want (e.g. Supplier, Mine Only, At Risk)

  2. Click Save as Tab (or + New Tab)

  3. Give your view a name

  4. Save it — your new tab will appear at the top of the page

Why use tabs?

  1. Save time by accessing information efficiently

  2. Jump straight to your most relevant POs in one click

  3. Create views for different workflows (e.g. My urgent orders, Supplier follow-ups)

  4. Avoid reapplying the same filters every time

You can switch between tabs anytime to change your perspective instantly.

Pro Tips

  1. Use the quick filters together with Mine Only to instantly zero in on the most urgent orders that require your action.

  2. Use Receiving Location as a Project Number or Name to filter by that information on the PO view.
