How to Submit a Feature Idea or Request

We value customer feedback as a key input into our product planning and continuous improvement process.

Getting Started

You can submit a feature idea or request by completing our Feature Request form.
Simply share:

  • The idea or feature you’d like to see

  • The problem it would solve for you

  • What impact you expect on your workflow

  • What role you have

  • How we my best contact you for follow-up

The more context you provide, the better we can understand your needs.

Providing complete information enables us to review requests efficiently and consistently.


What happens after you submit?

After submission, requests follow the process outlined below:

1. Initial review

Our team reviews all submissions to understand the use case, impact, and alignment with our product roadmap.

2. Evaluation and prioritisation

Feature requests are evaluated alongside other inputs such as customer demand, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.

3. Follow-up (as required)

If we need more details or clarification, we may reach out to you directly. Not all requests require follow-up.

4. Product Roadmap planning

Approved requests are considered during roadmap planning cycles. Please note that submission does not guarantee inclusion or define a delivery timeline.


Good to know

  • Submitting an idea does not guarantee immediate development

  • We may group similar requests to better assess demand

  • You’re always welcome to submit more than one idea
