Providing complete information enables us to review requests efficiently and consistently.
What happens after you submit?
After submission, requests follow the process outlined below:
1. Initial review
Our team reviews all submissions to understand the use case, impact, and alignment with our product roadmap.
2. Evaluation and prioritisation
Feature requests are evaluated alongside other inputs such as customer demand, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.
3. Follow-up (as required)
If we need more details or clarification, we may reach out to you directly. Not all requests require follow-up.
4. Product Roadmap planning
Approved requests are considered during roadmap planning cycles. Please note that submission does not guarantee inclusion or define a delivery timeline.

We may group similar requests to better assess demand
